Enrollment in the Atlas Forum Study Club reserves access to a limited-capacity continuing education program and related materials. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the first scheduled session may be eligible for transfer credit or partial refund review, less any non-refundable processing fees. Once the program has begun, enrollment fees are generally non-refundable. Atlas Forum reserves the right to update session dates, faculty, topics, or format as needed while preserving the overall educational purpose of the program.
Atlas Forum and its CE partners require all speakers, instructors, and contributors to disclose any relevant financial relationships with commercial dental interests before educational content begins. Applicable disclosures will be communicated to participants in connection with the relevant session. Speakers are expected to present balanced clinical education and disclose any relevant consulting, advisory, ownership, royalty, or other financial relationships related to the subject matter presented.
Atlas Forum is committed to independent clinical education. Educational sessions are intended to be free from commercial bias and may not be used to market, advertise, or endorse specific products or brands during CE programming. Any product references are presented solely in the context of clinical education and subject to applicable disclosure requirements. Course materials may be reviewed prior to distribution for CE compliance and may not include commercial advertising, branded product imagery, or promotional language.
Participation in Atlas Forum educational programming and eligibility for CE credit are not conditioned on the purchase of any product or service. Attendees will not be required or pressured to purchase products, laboratory services, or commercial offerings in order to receive educational access or CE credit.
Atlas Forum Study Club is provided for educational purposes only. Content is intended to support professional learning in areas such as transverse diagnosis, CBCT evaluation, skeletal expansion, airway-focused treatment, and laboratory collaboration, but does not replace independent clinical judgment, diagnosis, treatment planning, or patient-specific decision-making by the treating doctor.
